CARDIO + STRENGTH
TRX Total Body Weight Challenge
An upper/lower body workout designed to give the maximum strength/endurance bang for your hour! This class is the perfect compliment to your cardio workout. TBWC will challenge your muscles using a variety of fitness tools including TRX Suspension Training, Bosu Balls, Gliders, Slam Balls, Weights, and your own body weight. Be prepared to sweat hard and have fun!
Pulse Pilates+
This Pilates fusion class is set to upbeat, energizing music, and based on the foundations of the Pilates alignment principles. Class could include use of glute bands, light weights, and stability balls to strengthen, stretch and build muscular endurance all while working to the tempo. You will improve your breathing, core connection and mobility while working your mind muscle connection. Lunges, squats, pulses, and lots of sideline work will build a stellar glute burn. A super fun, high intensity, yet low impact class!
SPINNING
Sweat Cycle
The consummate cycling (non-impact) adventure on a high-performance stationary bike. A group experience where individuals are encouraged to train at their own levels – take it easy or sweat like you’ve never sweat before. Heart rate monitors and headphones provided. Water and a towel are mandatory.
