Class Descriptions

ELDOA

The ELDOA method is designed to open each joint in the body through myofascial tension. These postures alleviate back pain, correct hip and shoulder issues and enhance movement and range of motion for all other physical activities. The postures might look easy, but they are challenging (and rewarding!).

Glutes, Core, Pelvic Floor & More

A dynamic class designed to target key muscle groups through a blend of segmental strength endurance training and high-rep exercises. You’ll explore muscle fibre lines and movement patterns, enhancing your understanding of how different groups work together for improved stability and strength. This class wraps up with a calming ELDOA stretch, promoting flexibility and relaxation to leave you feeling balanced and rejuvenated.
