PILATES
Pilates Reformer: Essentials
Come for the basics! Focuses on core strength, mobility, breath work, and developing the mind-body connection. Learn the basics and progressions of essential Reformer exercises. Safety procedures, small props, and spring tension modifications are introduced. Learn to adjust your reformer to your body and gain confidence. Excellent for beginners, those looking for modifications or injury-prevention, or anyone looking to strengthen their foundations--We all need to practice the basics!

Pilates Reformer: Progressions
Builds on Essentials’ foundation. We will continue to focus on core strength, mobility, and breath work, while incorporating more complex exercises. Progressions is suitable for those who have already completed Essentials and are ready to build new skills.
Prerequisite: requires instructor recommendation

Pilates Reformer: Intermediate
Looking for more of a challenge? This class is for you. Practice inversions, back extensions, and moving at a quicker pace with little breaks in between. Participants must have a solid understanding of the essential exercises, be comfortable adjusting their own spring tensions, and standing on the Reformer.

Small Group Pilates Mat
An essential base to Pilates training. Focus on achieving proper form, execution and fluidity between exercises. Benefits include stronger abdominals, improved posture and stress release.

CARDIO + STRENGTH
TRX Total Body Weight Challenge
An upper/lower body workout designed to give the maximum strength/endurance bang for your hour! This class is the perfect compliment to your cardio workout. TBWC will challenge your muscles using a variety of fitness tools including TRX Suspension Training, Bosu Balls, Gliders, Slam Balls, Weights, and your own body weight. Be prepared to sweat hard and have fun!
Pulse Pilates+
This Pilates fusion class is set to upbeat, energizing music, and based on the foundations of the Pilates alignment principles. Class could include use of glute bands, light weights, and stability balls to strengthen, stretch and build muscular endurance all while working to the tempo. You will improve your breathing, core connection and mobility while working your mind muscle connection. Lunges, squats, pulses, and lots of sideline work will build a stellar glute burn. A super fun, high intensity, yet low impact class!
ELDOA
The ELDOA method is designed to open each joint in the body through myofascial tension. These postures alleviate back pain, correct hip and shoulder issues and enhance movement and range of motion for all other physical activities. The postures might look easy, but they are challenging (and rewarding!).
SPINNING
Sweat Cycle
The consummate cycling (non-impact) adventure on a high-performance stationary bike. A group experience where individuals are encouraged to train at their own levels – take it easy or sweat like you’ve never sweat before. Heart rate monitors and headphones provided. Water and a towel are mandatory.
