We offer a variety of Group Fitness, Sweat Cycle and Small Group Pilates classes. New classes are added frequently!

Classes are booked by phone reservation. Reservations open 24 hours in advance of class with the following exceptions:

*Reservations for Monday 5:15pm TRX Total Body open 8:00am the Friday prior.

*Reservations for Wednesday 5:15pm Sweat Cycle open at 8:00am the Tuesday prior.

*Small Group Pilates Mat + Pilates Apparatus classes are pre-booked and paid in advance. Call or click here for details.

Important reminders:

  1. Call Sweat Co. reception before your first class to purchase your class card. If you do not wish to purchase a package, a credit card is needed to reserve your spot. 

  2. Bring your own water bottle, towel, and yoga mat (if needed) to class.
