A picture is worth a thousand words!
On February 4th Sweat Co. turned 28! We are so proud to say we have clients who have been working out with us since 1984! We celebrated our staff Holiday party and our anniversay with David and the staff at Hawksworth, who treated us like royalty! What a night! From us to you, thank you so much for all your years of support. We look forward to many more years of fitness and friendship!

Hi Mo and the crew! Amazing photographs. I actually recognize some of the faces in the earlier photo (can’t remember the names though). Can it really be 28 years ago that Sweat Co started? I have many fond memories of sweating at Sweat Co – I’m sure there is no place like it in the ‘fitness industry’. Will 80s hair ever return to fashion?
